Welcome to the Silver Creek Village WSC Community.  To apply for new water service please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the Service Application and Agreement. You may submit your Application to our office by mail, fax, e-mail or in person.

If you purchased property with an existing water service connection, please complete the Membership Transfer Authorization and submit it to our office.
